AGPS proposes to its clients to be in charge of the full maintenance of their port equipments (STS, RTGs, MHCs, RS), in order to increase their operations availability.

We have a team of more than 12 engineers and 50 technicians onsite, with a strong field experience, ready to operate 24/7.

AGPS proposes various types of services:

• Full take over of the maintenance and technical department (Owendo, Kribi)

• Technical Assistance for the Maintenance or Technical department (KCT, DIT Douala)

• Preventive and Curative Maintenance,

• Organisation,

• Training of local team, training of customer teams.

 Equipment: 2 x STS, 4 RTGs, spreaders

AGPS has been supporting the maintenance of the port equipment since its start in 2017. We have set up and trained a team to perform 24/7 maintenance on their port equipment. The STS and RTGs are second-hand equipment, with limited spare part available. Despite these challenges, our team has been able to achieve a performance above 98% of availability for all these equipment.

Our contract includes a KPI with a minimum of 97% of availability.
